Cut up and mix together in 8 x 8 pan (double recipe for 9 x 13 pan):
1 stalk celery
5 green onions (including stems)
1 package broccoli slaw
3/4 C. Rice Noodles
3/4 C. Cashews
1/2 C. Sunflower Seeds
In separate bowl, add the following and mix until well blended:
1/4 C. Oil
2 t. Soy Sauce
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Vinegar
1 t. Sesame Oil
Pour liquid mixture over other ingredients and stir until all are coated well. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to marinate and chill before serving.
